VW Bus for Sale, 1973 Westfalia Camper Mostly Original Paint For Sale
Price: ARCHIVESYear of construction 1973. Volkswagen Westfalia Camper for sale in San Diego, California. Found this a clean 1973 model that’s extremely well-preserved features, so it’s not a surprise to see the price offered is certainly reasonable, even some enthusiasm feel the price it's still under given how it looks today.
The bus is said to have imperfections, but the body mostly retains its original paint and is very solid and rust-free condition. Thanks to being located in the Southwest dry climate and spent all his life there, hence this Westfalia is naturally preserved well by its current environment. It still needs some work to be perfect, but it's the appropriate companion to cruise on this summer holiday.

Get ready to cruise the beaches this summer in a 1973 Westfalia named Betsy. Betsy spent her life in the Southwest dry climate so she is rust free on the body, wheel wells, rockers and underneath. She's not perfect, but she's got alot of character.
She's sporting mostly original paint except for the driver side rear area where I found some bondo and a slight color mismatch, but other than that she is solid metal with OG paint.
She's also got all of the original Westfalia interior including the closet, the sink, the jumpseat, and the bed.
She's had a recent brake inspection and engine tune up from Sebastian over at Herrkooled and she is now ready to hit the road.
You might be asking yourself, Betsy looks dang nice, why is she cheaper than your other buses. Ill tell you why....
needs upper cot (missing)
needs a drivers floor mat (deteriorated)
needs kick panels (have the originals but they are pretty beat up)
needs driver side window regulator
needs windshield seal (have it will include in sale)
and the driver side door latch is funky and needs to be replaced
started removing the 1973 tint lol and gave up
and this is why its priced 8K less than my 75 westy which needs nothing :)
other than those things, she's ready to go! easy, easy father daughter / father son project working on those minor things that do not affect the functionality of the bus at all
clean title, 2 sets of keys
